Assalamua'laikum.

SICKED.

I get sick. Sick. It's my turn to be sick again. The coughs are here again. Aargh.. my throat hurts. Can't even have a proper conversation. Got to put off all verbal activities for a while, throat itches real hard. Feeding my cold, I take gallons of plain liquid and I'm off the puffs for a moment's while. You know what wonders of smoking kretek can do to your scratching cough. Ugghh!

Coincidentally, yesterday was the release of the new 2005 album by Chemical Brothers, namely 'Push The Button'. For once, that's common sense electronica for you, undeniably appealing to the young. Feeding the virus of my music addiction, it's track, "Galvanize" is oh so awesome. Especially when I 'get down on it' and do the bedroom dance with that piece of track. It gets wild! I simply loved their 'all-in' beats of hip/hop, dance, rock, fusionary... it has my brains plastered to the walls.

I've been wanting to make a nest in anticon record's webbie however it was unavailable at this point of time. Ugghh shite. My irritating cough!

Peace, boys and girls.

Wassalam.

It's overbearing to be working on a nice Saturday afternoon. I want to go home!

Miss Lizardeouss had just had a good ass-whipping time scolding some people that day. Don't mind the choo-choo train coming from behind, that's the fools' brigade. Which then the lady in mask made a changeover of costume to her ownself when the evening calls.

Lizardeouss was having some fairly peaceful reflections of her own downtown one evening. It was when she was taken for a treat by some vibe coming through elsewhere in the city.... She will look further....

Within the city life, has the circus come to town? As the clueless onlookers came closer, they see Yus having a go barefooted with balls of fire while having a smoke. Quite an unusual way for a quick smoke, eh?

Don't try this at home. Casual passer-bys might never have expected to see the dragons roam the streets that night. Professional fire-spitter Haffiz has a lot to spur. A smile twirled at the side of my mouth, because I tried thrice to take this painstaking shot. Haunting vibrations coming from the didgeridoo and the african drumbeats in the background makes it such an unmistakable warm night.

The african drums couldn't stop singing. The incumbents are totally intertwined with its rhythym and beats. These mystical beings will belt out just about anything. From jazz to hip-hop, be it flamenco or traditional arabic. Seen here from left, Zaki & Vasel pounding the djembe. Bob blending in with the spanish instrument.

After the evening has come to a close, Lizardeouss decided to breathe in the quiet city air. All was silent, save for the passing traffic beneath the downtown's roadway.

Assalamua'laikum.

NEW... YEAR.

How has everyone been lately? I see the same beans.

The recent tragic event befalling Asia really did have everyone's guts churn.

A natural warning?

A tell-tale sign.

An omen.

A wake-up call.

A bleak turn of event just as the new year for the Victorian calender is embarking on a new start. A change in weather sequence recently took place physically. The climate is cool, the lands awashed with pounding rains, rather damp & soggy.

I for one, beholding sympathy & belief in light of the tragedy, my compassion remains. I pray for the ailing coastlines hit by the tsunami waves to heal gradually. I've lost my heart to the hundreds thousands of victims in the affected countries.

Who could have guessed a surging wave to have swept the beaches on your Sunday morning solitaire?

This island, vulnerable in its size, is lucky though. We are being walled by Indonesia & Malaysia. Protected. Guarded. Therefore, don't take things in life for granted.

New things happen after a while. The global map for the Asian lines have changed. Many individuals have become better samaritans and people are less complaining. And soon the land where my office sits shall have to go, to make way for the extension MRT lines in the west.

My first week of the new calender year has been fine. New friends abound, old friends returned, current friends still around. I am not getting younger, yet I think I grew older - gracefully.

"For What Is Lost, It Has Returned - To The One Creator. He Knows, Listens."

I hope everyone stays fine.

Wassalam.
